The first step of your home spa experience includes a stress-free morning. Prepare your very own relaxation nook right there in the living room. Start with some comfortable fluffy pillows and scented candles. If you want the ultimate experience make sure that you obtain the ideal air quality in your home, you can get an air purifier for allergies enabling you to completely relax and take long deep breaths, without any breathing issues.
The next step is to play some calming music, it is imperative that you slip into something comfortable and spend some time just relaxing and meditating. Turn off your phone and don’t let anyone disturb you. Finally, before you move on to the next part of your day, put on a high-quality organic detox mask and make your way to the bathroom. Now that you have spent the first part of your luxury spa day relaxing your mind, it is time to relax your body. First, fill your bathtub with warm water and opt for a lavender bubble bath for additional relaxation. Make sure you fill the air with the calming smell of incense and just get into the tub. Close your eyes and relax, let the water take all the stress from your body, and enjoy the silence. If you are having trouble sitting still you can always bring a good book with you and read while you relax.
After you have soaked for a while it is time to continue you pampering spa day. Make sure you have prepared all the necessary lotions and oils to apply to your body after the bath. Your pores will open up in warm water and the lotion will have an intensified effect. Since both your mind and body are completely relaxed it is time to move on to the final part of your home spa day. After the warm bath and the lux pampering, it is time to slip under the sheets, with a good book by your side and some calming music in the background. It would be a shame to ruin such a perfect day by doing anything strenuous.
